This role offers the opportunity to work closely with business leaders, support capability-building initiatives, and strengthen the learning ecosystem across the firm.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver learning programs aligned with 360 ONEs business and people priorities.
  • Conduct training needs assessments and support annual learning plans.
  • Manage end-to-end training logistics, communication, and feedback
  • Track and report learning effectiveness through feedback and basic metrics.
  • Partner with business and HR teams to identify skill gaps and recommend interventions.
  • Manage external training partners, internal facilitators, and SMEs.
  • Oversee LMS operationscontent uploads, tracking, reporting, and learner support.
  • Contribute to soft skills sessions, learning events, leadership touchpoints, and mentoring initiatives.

  • Working knowledge of instructional design fundamentals

Qualifications

  • Bachelors or Masters degree in HR, Organizational Psychology, Education, or related fields
  • 35 years of experience in Learning & Development or related training roles
  • Experience within the financial services domain is a must
  • Experience in designing or delivering learning programs
