Looking for Learning And Development

Demonstrated experience building capability academies or structured learning pathways for F&A functions.

Experience handling high-volume global workforce training, preferably in shared services/BPO or corporate finance setups.

Responsibilities

Proven track record in designing functional training for F&A roles (e.g., month-end closing, financial analysis, reconciliations, budgeting & forecasting).
Hands-on experience in managing end-to-end L&D programs, including leadership development for finance managers.
Experience implementing or optimizing LMS/LXP systems and improving learner experience.
Exposure to change management during process transformation or technology rollouts (RPA, ERP upgrades, GenAI tools).
Collaboration with Finance SMEs to create learning content, competency maps, and skill measurement.
Strong F&A background (worked directly as F&A L&D partner or supported finance capability development).
Instructional Design mastery.
Data-driven approach to measuring training effectiveness.
Stakeholder management & consulting skills.
Strong facilitation/presentation skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, matrixed organization.
Experience designing functional, leadership, and digital skills learning.
High proficiency in LMS management and reporting.
Ability to create microlearning and blended learning experiences.
Understanding of compliance, audit, risk and controls in finance.
Build and oversee comprehensive learning analytics dashboards to track capability development, program effectiveness, and business impact.
Create high-impact executive presentations and capability insights decks using strong PowerPoint skills to influence leadership decisions and shape L&D strategy.

Strong F&A background, Instructional Design mastery, Data-driven approach, Stakeholder management, Strong facilitation/presentation skills.

Preferred Skills

Experience in shared services/BPO or corporate finance setups, High proficiency in LMS management and reporting.

510+ years of Learning & Development experience, with at least 3+ years supporting F&A teams as an L&D Partner
