Job Description
The job holder may be required to manage key accounts independently, to deliver assignments in other geographies of Right Management, to make new products successful in the markets, and to create a pipeline of effective consultants.
Key Responsibilities:
1. To lead and deliver client engagements and projects by leveraging Rights expertise to design and deliver solutions for clients in a timely and qualitative manner, understanding stated and unstated client expectations, and ensuring quality of output. To monitor and optimize project profitability through proper project planning, optimum utilization of resources, and periodic project reviews.
2. To manage clients independently, and prepare winning business proposals for prospective clients after understanding the project context, carrying out research, and taking necessary inputs from senior stakeholders.
3. To ensure adherence to internal process compliances and support the enhancement of existing products and services.
Prerequisites and Key Competencies:
Prior Work Experience in HR/ OD/Talent Management/Learning and Development
