Summary: As a Learning Advisor, you will identify and implement opportunities in learning design and development, learning delivery, content management, collaboration or certification. You will monitor and communicate initiative progress against key business outcomes. Your typical day will involve analyzing learning needs, designing and developing learning programs, collaborating with stakeholders, and ensuring the successful delivery of learning initiatives. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME - Collaborate and manage the team to perform - Responsible for team decisions - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams - Design and develop learning programs based on identified learning needs - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure alignment - Manage the delivery of learning initiatives - Monitor and communicate progress against key business outcomes Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Learning Delivery Operations - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Ecosystem Management - Strong understanding of learning design and development principles - Experience in content management and collaboration tools - Knowledge of certification processes and requirements Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in Learning Delivery Operations - This position is based at our Mumbai office - A 15 years full time education is required
