Sutherland is seeking an attentive and analytical person to join us as a Python Developer to be responsible for overseeing the quality of calls and customer service delivery. Responsibilities:

• Keep management updated: Relay vital information in the form of timely and accurate reports
• Impact the bottom line: Produce solid and effective strategies based on accurate and meaningful data reports and analysis and/or keen observations
• Define Sutherland’s reputation: Oversee and manage performance and service quality to guarantee customer satisfaction; provide coaching and feedback to CSRs
• Strengthen relationships: Establish and maintain communication with clients and/or team members; understand needs, resolve issues, and meet expectations 
• Take the lead: Monitor calls/chats/e-mails as per defined sample plan and targets; report out any ZT cases and take necessary action; perform RCA and take corrective actions for defects identified during monitoring; drive quality awareness and improvement initiatives across program

To succeed in this position, you must:

• Qualifications & Experience:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Extensive experience in AI software development with strong proficiency in Python and C#.NET.
  • Hands-on experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) and Natural Language Processing (NLP).
  • Strong knowledge of relational (RDBMS) and NoSQL databases.
  • Experience in developing Generative AI chatbots, including ingestion pipelines, query pipelines, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) using at least one cloud platform.
  • Proficiency in at least one NLP and LLM model.
  • Solid understanding of machine learning techniques and algorithms.
  • Strong knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and software design principles.
  • Healthcare domain experience is a plus.

Roles & Responsibilities – AI Developer (Individual Contributor)

• Design, develop, and deploy AI-driven applications with a focus on Large Language Models (LLMs) and Natural Language Processing (NLP).
• Build, fine-tune, and optimize LLM-based solutions, ensuring efficient model performance and responsiveness.
• Implement GenAI Chatbots, including ingestion and query pipelines, using at least one cloud platform (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Develop and maintain AI-based solutions using Python and C#.NET.
• Integrate AI models with backend systems and APIs to enhance application functionalities.
• Ensure seamless communication between AI services and enterprise applications.
• Design, manage, and optimize structured (RDBMS) and unstructured (NoSQL) databases for AI applications.
• Develop data ingestion pipelines for efficient data processing and transformation.
• Ensure high data integrity and performance in AI-driven workflows.
• Deploy AI models on cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Optimize model inference for real-time or batch processing scenarios.
• Implement best practices for scalability, security, and cost optimization in cloud-based AI solutions.
• Conduct regular performance tuning, debugging, and troubleshooting of AI models and applications.
• Improve efficiency of LLM/NLP pipelines to reduce latency and enhance accuracy.
• Implement monitoring and logging mechanisms for AI-driven systems.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, ML engineers, and software developers, to integrate AI solutions.
• Document technical specifications, workflows, and best practices for AI development.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in LLMs, NLP, and AI technologies to bring innovation into the organization.
