Lead-Finance Operations

We are seeking a seasoned finance professional with 15+ years of experience to lead our Finance & Accounts function. This role is pivotal in enabling superior financial performance, ensuring compliance, and driving process excellence across the organization.

Key Highlights of the Role:

• Lead financial systems including budgetary control, cash flow, working capital, and risk management
• Act as custodian for SAP Finance module rollout and process standardization across all verticals
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, taxation, and regulatory requirements
• Drive MIS reporting, performance reviews, and financial analysis for strategic decision-making
• Monitor Capex tracking, asset governance, and working capital optimization
• Manage risk exposures, forex/commodity hedging, and negotiations with clients, vendors, and bankers
• Build and mentor a strong finance team to support business growth

Qualifications:

• CA/CMA qualified (mandatory)
• Strong expertise in SAP (mandatory)
• Experience in listed companies preferred
