We are advising one of Indias leading NBFC platforms on a strategic leadership expansion within their Wealth Management business.

This mandate is strictly for proven wealth leaders with the ability to build, move, and scale teams while driving meaningful AUM growth in the HNI/UHNI segment.

Role 1: Playing Captain Wealth Management

Mandatory Structure: 1 + 3

(Individual Book + Minimum 3 Relationship Managers)

Senior wealth professionals who lead from the front while actively managing a strong personal client franchise.

Key Expectations:

• Strong individual AUM with consistent revenue performance
• Ability to transition a minimum team of 3 RMs
• Active client acquisition & relationship management (HNI/UHNI)

Role 2: Non-Playing Captain Wealth Management
