Job Description

With expertise in turnkey projects, the company manages design, supply, installation, integration, and commissioning of critical utilities through EPC model.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site leadership role based in Bengaluru, overseeing one of the key functional areas such as Sales, Manufacturing, Project Management, Supply Chain Management (SCM), and Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA&QC). Responsibilities include driving strategic and operational initiatives, monitoring and improving business processes, leading teams to achieve performance goals, and ensuring seamless integration across functional units.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills to assess performance, interpret data, and identify actionable insights
- Exceptional Communication abilities to lead teams, collaborate across departments, and manage stakeholder relationships
- Proficiency in Business Processes necessary for operational efficiency and achieving organizational objectives
- Proven leadership abilities and experience in overseeing multi-disciplinary teams
- Educational background in Engineering, Business Management, or relevant fields
- Experience in the industries of focus, such as Photovoltaic, Semiconductor, or BioPharma, is an added advantage
- A proactive problem-solving approach with the ability to adapt in dynamic environments
