About Position:

We are looking for a Leadership Recruiter for the North America region with strong experience in sales hiring, client relationship management, and deep industry knowledge.

What You'll Do:

• Partnering with hiring managers to understand the sales hiring needs.
• Develop and execute recruiting strategies to attract top sales talent.
• Source candidates via various channels including direct networking.
• Asses the candidates for sales, cultural fit and performance potential.
• Coordinate interviews and manage the offer process including salary negotiations and offer.
• Maintain all dashboards and reports.
• Support employer branding initaitives.

Expertise You'll Bring:

• Good understanding and experience of sales hiring in North America geography.
• Experince hiring sales executives at various levels cross industry units.
• Knoledge of sales hiring in a IT services firm.
• Experience in corporate leadership recruitment or with an executive search firm.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
