Location - Seawoods, Navi Mumbai

Responsibilities:

Manage overall performance of the AP process by providing strategic and operational leadership, ensuring effective service delivery, maximum client satisfaction and team management.
Monitor team performance and report SLAs and KPIs in the area of operations
Drive continuous improvement and/or re-engineering projects to assure progressive service levels and lower costs.
Actively engage with AP team leads & key managers to ensure customer satisfaction & address their pain points
Represent the process in company and governance meetings and with business verticals.
Develop and maintain customer relationships with vertical CFOs and key Managers.
Manage escalated issues and provide final approval within team
Ensure timeliness and accuracy of all items processed in the system
Ensure effective people management and development, including: staffing & selection, integration of new staff to teams, facilitating technical/ functional training, measuring individual and team performance, providing feedback and managing people issues
Carry out periodical performance reviews of team members and address non performance issues
Ensure adherence to all statutory and legal requirements and keep updated with latest developments

Experience :

Experience in setting up AP shared service Centre & process transition
Strong understanding of leading practices and SAP experience of taxation processes
Experience in Shared Services/ BPO would be an added advantage

Knowledge of manufacturing industries (steel, cement, energy and ports)
