Job Description

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly mature, empathetic professional to act as a confidential listener and advisor for Principals and senior leadership. This role provides a safe, neutral space for leaders to share concerns, navigate interpersonal challenges, and reflect on sensitive professional or personal situations - without judgment and with strict confidentiality.


Key Responsibilities

Confidential Listening & Support

  • Provide one-on-one confidential listening sessions for Principals and leadership members.
  • Act as a neutral sounding board for work-related, interpersonal, and leadership challenges.
  • Offer emotional support, perspective, and practical guidance while maintaining objectivity.

Counseling & Guidance

  • Help leaders process stress, conflict, decision fatigue, and people-related challenges.
  • Use psychological and behavioral insights to support healthy decision-making.
  • Guide leaders toward constructive coping strategies and solutions (non-clinical).

Conflict & Relationship Advisory

  • Support leaders in navigating complex workplace dynamics.
  • Offer guidance on communication, boundary setting, and conflict resolution.
  • Escalate or refer matters to HR, legal, or professional counselors when required.

Confidentiality & Ethics

  • Maintain strict confidentiality and professional boundaries at all times.
  • Document only high-level, non-identifiable trends (if required) for organizational insights.
  • Adhere to ethical standards and company policies.


Qualifications & Experience

  • Background in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, HR, or a related field.
  • 8 - 15+ years of experience working with senior stakeholders, leadership coaching, or employee relations.
  • Strong understanding of leadership psychology, organizational behavior, and workplace dynamics.
  • Proven ability to handle sensitive and emotionally complex conversations.
