II.            ROLE PURPOSE & OBJECTIVE

·         Support creation and periodically modification of bank's medium to long-term strategy ensuring seamless translation of strategic objectives into actionable business plans and measurable outcomes across all business verticals.

·         To identify, plan, and support execute strategic initiatives that drive sustainable assets growth, profitability, risk alignment, productivity across channels etc. in alignment with organizational vision and regulatory requirements.

·         Work closely with business to ensure envisioned outcomes of the identified initiatives are achieved within desired timelines.

·         Work with leadership team to address the market dynamics, emerging trends and evolving customer needs.

·         Monitor and report on key performance indicators to measure the success of strategic initiatives

·         Focus on growth, diversification and achieving scale as the bank transitions from SFB to Universal Bank (if approved by the regulator).
