Lead ZOHO People and ZOHO Recruit Module Implementation

Role Description

This is for a Lead ZOHO People and ZOHO Recruit Module Implementation Specialist. The candidate will be responsible for leading the implementation, customization, and integration of ZOHO People and ZOHO Recruit modules. Day-to-day tasks include understanding client requirements, developing tailored solutions, conducting testing, and providing end-user training. The role also includes monitoring system performance, ensuring data accuracy, and offering ongoing technical support to clients.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8+ years of experience in configuring and implementing ZOHO People and ZOHO Recruit
• Strong skills in project management, client communication, and requirements gathering
• Technical expertise in customization, system integration, and workflow automations within ZOHO
• Experience with data migration, troubleshooting, and issue resolution
• Knowledge of HR processes, recruitment workflows, and employee lifecycle management
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Demonstrated capacity to work independently and meet deadlines
