We are hiring experienced professionals in Voyage Optimization, with sailing experience as First Officer. Skills to lead a team of analysts is a mustrequirement for this role.

Desired Skillset:

• Min 6-7 yrs experience of relevant work experience in Voyage Optimization.
• Should be a from Marine background (Tech and Data driven)
• Should have excellent Communication
• Must have led a team of analysts.

Job Description:

• Lead the team by setting examples.
• Track project performance, jump in to resolve issues.
• Take charge of customer vessels voyages and advise optimum routes and speeds conjunction with customers commercial needs and agreements.
• Analyse completed voyages and provide reports/feedback to both internal and external stakeholders including voyage performance and claims evaluation.
• Assist customer success teams during successful onboarding and scaling up of existing customers.
• Understand the back-end processes employed on various functions of Smart Ship Hub optimization platform andbe an overall expert for front-end and user interface.
• You are expected to use the Smart Ship Hub applications to decide on the most optimal and weather safe route and provide the same to customer via SSH applications.
• Optimizing the voyage of Global fleets, you will have a direct impact on fuel consumption and as a result will be making your mark on reducing greenhouse gas emissions.
• Interested in the new technologies coming to the maritime sector, and excited to apply said technologies to help the industry grow and proliferate
• Collaborate with different internal teams, which involves different time zones and different levels of seniority.
