Lead Visual Merchandiser

This Role includes but would be not limited to:

1. To ensure all stores maintain display standards as per the manual.
2. To ensure VM calendar is executed as per the plan. Plan and manage visual merchandising tasks to minimize expenditure and maximize productivity within allotted budget.
3. To ensure all aged stocks / non-moving / are given prominent display area.
4. To ensure effective demonstration of leadership, coaching , mentoring by taking at-least 1 refresher training sessions every month with a feedback given to HR. To ensure effective handling of grievances and counselling of VM
