Overall bid preparation in coordination with the Finance and Secretarial team.
Pre and Post Tender customer discussions, Due diligence, competition Mapping.
Taking management approvals at various stages during tender preparation and cost finalization till submission.
Assisting in arranging data through business intelligence for estimation of most competitive Bidding. Analysis of secondary data.
Assisting in assessment of competition for various target tenders, trend analysis of competitors pricing.
Candidate must be well conversant with Regulations.
Candidate to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and guidelines set by CERC and appropriate authorities. Stay updated on regulatory changes and its implications.
Experience in building and maintaining relationships with customers, government agencies, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth operations and resolve issues promptly.
Should possess updated information on industry trends and market data.
Should work closely with cross-functional teams to achieve business targets and organizational goals.

Ideal Skills:

15+ years of experience.
Experience in Utility Biddings.
In-depth knowledge of open access policies, regulations, and market dynamics in India.
Strong understanding of renewable energy technologies, including solar, wind, and hybrid solutions.
Excellent interpersonal skills and technical skills to work closely with other teams.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
