Should have immense capability to handle big team of 10+ TL and circle coordinators
Should be Task oriented and Goal achiever
Should have knowledge of Transport Technologies like SDH, OTN, CEN, OLT.
Should be able to handle cross functional team like NOC/Operations and Planning.
Should understands various migrations like Upgrades, Ring Splitting, Transport Equipment swap and transport capacity upgrade
