Our operations span across B2E (corporate travel through our Corporate Travel Management platform), B2C consumer travel, and B2B reseller partnerships across the Middle East.

Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior UI/UX Product Designer (B2C Preferred) to shape and elevate the user experience across our digital ecosystem. This role offers the opportunity to design solutions that impact millions of users, enhance engagement, and directly influence the growth of both our B2C and B2E products. You will collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Operations teams to craft intuitive, visually compelling interfaces aligned with business goals.

Key Responsibilities

• User Research & Insights: Conduct user research, develop personas, and run usability tests to uncover user needs and pain points.
• Design Leadership: Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for web and mobile platforms.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Product Managers, Developers, and Marketing to ensure design feasibility and alignment with business objectives.
• Information Architecture: Define user flows, navigation, and content structure for optimal usability.
• Design Systems: Build and maintain a scalable design system to ensure consistency across platforms.
• Data-Driven Design: Use analytics tools (GA, Hotjar, WebEngage) to gather insights and iterate effectively.
• Accessibility & Optimization: Ensure designs follow accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG) and perform seamlessly across devices.
• Mentorship: Support and mentor junior designers to foster a creative and collaborative team culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Design, HCI, or related fields.
• 78 years of UI/UX experience with a strong portfolio across web and mobile applications.
• Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and prototyping tools like InVision.
• Hands-on experience with user research and usability testing.
• Familiarity with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Hotjar, and WebEngage.
• Basic understanding of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
