KPI Partners is seeking a highly skilled and experienced 'Lead UI Developer ' to join our dynamic team

Job Description -

Develop responsive, accessible, and performant user interfaces using modern JavaScript frameworks in React, Angular.

Build reusable UI components and libraries aligned with the products design system.

Optimize UI performance for speed, scalability, and cross-browser compatibility.

Integrate front-end components with RESTful or GraphQL APIs.

Collaboration with Data/Cloud/AI product team

Experience working with Big Data, Cloud Platform/product teams like - Hadoop, Databricks, Snowflake, Cloud (Azure, AWS, GCP)

Product-oriented thinking with attention to user experience and business outcomes.

Convert product requirements into technical specifications and UI workflows.

Work closely with the design team to refine UX/UI concepts, identify feasibility issues, and suggest enhancements.

Provide technical input to product roadmap discussions related to UI/UX.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).

5-8 years of hands-on UI/front-end development experience.

Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/TypeScript, and at least one major front-end framework.

Hands-on experience integrating UI with backend services (REST/GraphQL).

Familiarity with UI build tools (NX, Webpack, Vite, Rollup) and CI/CD workflows.

Strong understanding of responsive design, cross-browser compatibility, and accessibility standards.
