Our Human Capital Technology Team provides HR support for client group Leaders, Managers and Employees on organizational and employee matters. We also provide coaching, HR process expertise and other general HR activities. Individuals in this category act as the HR Director of record for a client group.

As a Lead Time & Absence Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance related to UKG WFM Pro and additional global time systems, ensuring the smooth operation of our workforce management systems.

As a Lead Time and Absence Support Specialist , you will be responsible for:

  • Leading the development and implementation of time and absence solutions across the organization to ensure compliance and efficiency.
  • Leading a team of subject matter experts to drive the implementation and ongoing optimization of digital time and absence solutions.
  • Managing the day-to-day activities of the Time and Absence COE team, including resource allocation, project prioritization.
  • Supporting implementation and roll out UKG Pro WFM for Baker Hughes Business. Understand business requirements and translate them to functional requirements for UKG Pro WFM configurations.
  • Providing technical support and expertise to resolve issues and ensure seamless system operation.
  • Overseeing the build and configuration of the system, ensuring adherence to the original design and business requirements.
  • Providing guidance and support during the testing phase, including functional testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams, identify areas for improvement and optimize WFM solutions.
  • Staying up to date with UKG Pro WFM product developments and industry trends and use expertise to improve solution delivery.
  • Creating business requirement documents, detailed functional configuration documents, test plans, and test cases, user training documents, and implementation documentation as necessary.
  • Working closely with other teams to gather input on potential system changes and communicate the potential change impacts.

To be successful in this role you will:
 

  • Have a Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field
  • Have Proven experience in supporting UKG/Kronos products.
  • Have minimum 5+ years’ experience implementing or supporting enterprise software applications and hardware used in web environments (Kronos/Oracle/PeopleSoft/SAP Human Resources/Payroll/Time and Labor)
  • Have minimum 5+ years of experience as a Kronos Timekeeper, Accruals are a must.
  • Have minimum 2+ years of experience in leading project team and managing project
  • Be able to Design and develop integration using the Boomi Atmosphere integration platform or similar Integration Tools
  • Have Experience in Dell Boomi components, connectors, Application Source Qualifier, Mapping Designer and Transformations would be good to have.
  • Have Knowledge of Rest API, SOAP framework, XML, and Web service design would be good to have.
  • Have Solid interpersonal skills to interface with co-workers and stakeholders, managing specific tasks to completion with minimal direction.
  • Have Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) and ability to collaborate in a matrixed organization.
  • Have Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects and monitor milestone progress.
