A Senior Professional Campaign Developer is responsible for development, implementation, and execution of personalized marketing campaigns. Ability to work on campaign optimizations, analysis, workflow, journeys and act as consultant for the tool technologies and marketing automation solutions.

Senior developer demonstrates a comprehensive knowledge of multi-channel marketing strategies, empowering them to lead insightful business discussions and engage directly with partners on functional matter.

The Senior, Campaign Developer (AJO, ACC, AEP) role within the Marketing Platform team is pivotal in driving client value through the implementation of marketing platforms for executing campaigns. This position focuses on streamlining campaign launches, optimizing audience selection, and enhancing performance to deliver high-quality, targeted campaigns that meet client objectives and drive ROI. Key responsibilities include campaign estimation, requirement gathering, solution design, platform setup with foundational schemas, performance monitoring, result analysis, and reporting. The role also involves thinking creatively to design and deliver complex solutions, enhancing implementation and migration activities, and offering technology consulting. Staying ahead with new technologies, ensuring precise documentation and mentoring team members are essential for achieving client success and desired outcomes, with a focus on durability and longevity.

Responsibilities
- Successfully lead, complete the design and development of marketing automation campaigns.
- Implement tracking and analytics solutions to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and customer engagement.
- Collaborate with marketing partners to gather requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Design and implement complex marketing campaigns via various digital channels. Conduct code reviews and ensure alignment to guidelines and coding standards. Configure and optimize dynamic content personalization, data manipulation, and integration with external systems.
- Implement audience segmentation strategies based on customer demographics, behaviors, and engagement metrics to improve marketing effectiveness.
- Develop custom reporting and dashboards within tool and integrated analytics platforms.
- Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in marketing automation and digital marketing, and share knowledge with the team through training sessions, workshops, and documentation.
- Proactively find opportunities for process improvements and driving initiatives to increase operational efficiency and campaign effectiveness.
- Mentor junior developers and provide guidance on tool development best practices and methodologies
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to tool configuration, data integration, and campaign execution
Qualifications
- 4-year college degree in a technical field or equivalent
- Adobe campaign related certification is must.
Required Technical Skills:
- Experience in technology integrations with Marketing technologies (AJO, ACC, AEP)
- 1 years minimum of experience with AJO platform and more than 4 years working on Campaign implementations or manage project.
- Hands on experience on the Adobe Campaign tool is an added advantage
- 3+ years of SQL development experience including.
- 3+ years of scripting/programming experience (JavaScript preferred)
- 1+ years of experience in cross channel marketing campaign delivery, like Push Notifications, In-App deliveries
- Eager to learn new applications of traditional technologies.
- Able to articulate and convey technical concepts to a mixed audience.
- Familiarity with enterprise software and project implementation life cycles is a plus.
- Knowledge of CRM and/or marketing applications and processes is a plus.
- Knowledge of basic marketing concepts such as Campaign Return on Investment metrics and KRAs
