Leading the Tax team - both Direct and Indirect
Ensure all tax compliances of Direct and Indirect Taxes within prescribed timelines
Implementation of the changes /amendments in Direct Tax & GST
Drafting and review of replies to Income Tax, GST authorities
Handling litigations of Direct Tax, GST, Service Tax
Visit to Income Tax and GST Offices wherever required
Handling GST Audits
Coordination with Tax consultants
Provide required Tax support to cross functional teams
Ensure no loss of GST Input credit to the company
Review of Agreements/Pos terms & conditions to ensure proper tax compliance
System Automations
Board Meetings and Audit Committee deliverables
Cross department co-ordination and management.
Delivery of reports with highest quality and accuracy, business analysis
Formulation and implementation of various SOPs
Preparation of replies for issues raised by various authorities related to finance function
Financial Due Diligence and required reporting to all stakeholders
