Experience: 10 to 13 Years

Location: Chennai ,Hyderabad

Role :Frontend Lead (React + TypeScript)

Skill : React.js, TypeScript, Redux Toolkit, Firebase (Feature Flags, Firestore), REST APIs, CI/CD, Git, Performance Optimization, Production Support

Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency)

Must-Have

- Strong expertise in React.js and TypeScript architecture design

- Hands-on experience with Firebase (Feature Flags, Firestore, Auth, Hosting)

- Deep understanding of frontend performance optimization and debugging

- Proven ability to handle production support issues and root cause analysis

- Experience leading a team of developers and reviewing code quality

Good-to-Have

- Experience with package upgrade and microfrontend architecture

- Knowledge of unit testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library)

- Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation

- Familiarity with Node.js for integration and tooling

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
