Job Summary

The Lead, Talent Management is responsible for driving the organizations talent strategy by attracting, developing, engaging, and retaining top talent. This role designs and manages talent management programs that support employee growth, performance excellence, and leadership continuity.


Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with leaders to assess talent needs and support recruitment efforts as needed.
  • Design and deliver employee development and training programs aligned with business goals.
  • Lead performance management processes, including feedback, coaching, and performance improvement.
  • Develop and manage succession planning strategies and high-potential talent programs.
  • Implement employee engagement and retention initiatives, including surveys, recognition, and career development.
  • Analyze talent data and prepare reports to measure program effectiveness and inform leadership decisions.


Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Masters preferred).
  • Proven experience in talent management, employee development, or related HR functions.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder influence skills.
  • Proficiency in HRIS, talent management systems, and Microsoft Office.
  • HR certification (PHR, SHRM-CP) preferred.
