Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement cloud infrastructure across Azure, AWS, and GCP environments
- Architect, deploy and optimize Azure-based solutions including compute, storage, networking, and securty services
- Lead cloud migration and modernization initiatives with an emphasis on Azure technologies
- Develop and maintain infrastructure as code using modern DevOps practices
- Implement and manage containerized workloads using AKS and EKS
- Establish and enforce cloud security standards and best practices across environments
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions for automated deployments
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers
- Optimize cloud resource usage and implement cost management strategies
- Troubleshoot complex issues in cloud environments

Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in cloud engineering/architecture roles
- Strong hands-on experience with Azure, plus working knowledge of AWS and GCP platforms
- Proficiency with Kubernetes orchestration, particularly AKS, with knowledge of EKS
- Experience with Karpenter, ArgoCD, and Istio in container environments
- Demonstrated expertise in cloud security principles and implementations
- Advanced knowledge of cloud networking concepts and solutions
- Proficiency with GitHub and GitHub Actions for CI/CD workflows
- Experience with infrastructure as code tools (particularly Terraform, Azure ARM templates, and AWS CloudFormations)
- Self-driven work ethic with ability to manage complex projects independently
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Azure certifications (Azure Solutions Architect, DevOps Engineer, Security Engineer)
- Experience with Azure governance and compliance frameworks
- Knowledge of hybrid cloud architectures
- Background in supporting enterprise-scale applications
- Experience with Azure monitoring and observability tools (such as DataDog)
