Role Overview:


You will be a strategic partner in the CEOs office, acting as a force multiplier for the leadership team. You will handle high-priority initiatives that often span across departments Investment, Sales, Product, and Operations. This is a high-visibility role designed for a enterprising professional who can transition seamlessly from high-level strategic planning to granular execution.


Key Responsibilities:


Strategic Planning: Assist the CEOs office in defining long-term business goals, annual operating plans, and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) across the organization.


Special Projects: Lead and execute "zero-to-one" projects - initiatives that don't yet have a permanent home in the organization (e.g., launching a new fund category, digitizing distributor journeys, or market entry strategies).


Executive Communications: Draft high-stakes presentations, board decks, and internal memos. Ensure the CEO is well-prepared for industry forums, regulatory meetings, and media interactions.


Cross-Functional Orchestration: Act as a bridge between the CEOs office and department heads to ensure alignment on strategic priorities and timely closure of action items.


Market Intelligence: Monitor trends in the AMC (Asset Management Company) space, fintech innovations, and regulatory changes to provide actionable insights.


Qualifications & Skills:


Experience: 23 years of professional experience.


Preferred Background: Experience working within the CEOs office or a Founders office at a high-growth tech or fintech startup is highly desirable.


Education: An MBA is preferred but not mandatory. We value demonstrable impact and problem-solving skills over degrees.


Analytical Rigor: Ability to deal with large data sets to derive insights and build financial models if required.


Agility: A "get-it-done" attitude with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment where priorities can shift quickly.


Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; ability to influence stakeholders without direct authority.
