Lead / Sr. Content Strategist

We are looking for a strategic, hands-on Content Lead to own and scale Motadatas global content strategy across the entire B2B SaaS buyer journey. This role drives organic growth, content-led pipeline, and conversions through data-driven, technically sound storytelling.

Key Responsibilities (Content StrategyFocused)

• Define and own the end-to-end content strategy aligned with business goals, product roadmap, and revenue targets
• Build and manage buyer-journeymapped content plans (TOFU, MOFU, Conversion)
• Establish content pillars, themes, and messaging frameworks for key personas (IT Ops, DevOps, CTOs)
• Drive SEO-led organic growth using keyword strategy, pillarcluster models, and search intent mapping
• Own content performance metrics including traffic, engagement, and 1.52.5%+ conversion rates
• Identify content gaps through competitive analysis, market research, and performance insights
• Partner with product, demand generation, and sales to ensure content supports pipeline and GTM strategy
• Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing content team while ensuring consistent quality and impact
• Continuously optimize content through analytics, experimentation, and A/B testing
• Adapt content strategy for global markets (NA, EMEA, APAC)

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in content strategy, with 2+ years in B2B SaaS leadership
• Strong domain exposure to IT Operations, Observability, DevOps, or Enterprise Software
• Deep expertise in SEO, content analytics, CMS platforms, and marketing automation
• Proven ability to translate complex technical products into high-impact content narratives
