• Impact you will be making as a Support Engineer\\r\\n Support Engineer acts as the primary technical contact and delivers advanced technical troubleshooting support and delivers timely and high-quality problem resolution for Microsoft Customers.\\r\\n You will get to contribute in every stage of software lifecycle (Development, deployment, Testing, Production Debugging etc).\\r\\n Our Support Engineer is a trusted advisor to fellow developers, using broad and in-depth troubleshooting skills and product knowledge to solve challenging technical problems. You will have a chance to contribute to keeping various environments for some of the world s largest companies up and running.\\r\\n I am creating this new functionality in my app but it s not working , I have a production app that s consuming more memory , My web app is down for the past two hours , I am developing this app, what optimizations should I think about are some examples of what you will help with in this role.\\r\\n You will Analyze the problems by using the debugging tools, logs, source code.\\r\\n You will Identify bugs in the product and provide alternate solutions or engage developers of Microsoft.\\r\\n You will Write technical articles, deliver sessions to other engineers and customers.\\r\\n You will occasionally develop applications and tools to improve troubleshooting.\\r\\n\\r\\n
