Role: Lead Software Test Engineer Roles & Responsibilities:  Develop and implement effective test strategies, plans, and processes to enhance product quality.  Ensure all software releases meet quality standards and are delivered on time by conducting thorough testing and validation.  Collaborate with product management, development teams and other stakeholders to understand requirements and align on quality objectives.  Identify, document, and track defects throughout the development lifecycle, providing clear and actionable feedback to the development team.  Continuously analyze and improve QA methodologies and workflows.  Troubleshoot and analyze issues found during testing, working closely with the development team to ensure timely resolution.  Generate and present reports on testing progress, defect trends, and overall quality metrics to stakeholders. Qualifications:  7+ years of experience in Quality Assurance, with proven expertise in leading QA efforts.  Strong knowledge of SDLC, STLC, and defect management.  Hands-on experience in testing web and mobile applications.  Proficiency with bug tracking and test management tools, as well as ADB/Proxy tools (e.g., Charles, Postman).  Experience with API testing tools like Postman.  Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies.  Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify subtle issues and ensure high-quality deliverables. Nice to have  Knowledge of SQL queries  Experience using automated testing tools  Familiarity with programming languages (Java, JavaScript)  ISTQB certified
