Responsibilities
Mid-Senior Java Full stack Developer , the ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Core Java, Java 8, and Java 17, along with hands-on experience in Spring Boot MVC and microservices architecture. This role requires fluency in ReactJS, knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, and a proactive approach to project leadership and mentorship.

Deliver working code within agreed timelines, that meets acceptance criteria & D.O.D.
Come up with Low level design , Understanding project objectives and understand application Impacts & contributions expected
Review deliveries & periodic review of application performance
Collaborate within team to maintain Production stability & facilitate on-demand release.
Support team members on their technical tasks & tasks estimation and timely code review
Manage the technical debts of the applications
Drive consistent development practices w.r.t. tools, common components, & documentation
Profile required
5+ years of experience in Java development, with a focus on full-stack development.
Proficiency in Core Java, Java 8, and Java 17.Strong experience with Spring Boot MVC and microservices.
In-depth knowledge of ReactJS and state management libraries.
Familiarity with CI/CD tools, specifically Jenkins and GitHub Actions, and experience with XL Deploy for deployment automation.
Basic knowledge of Linux and Unix shell scripting. Understanding of SQL and PL/SQL.Basic knowledge of scheduling and batch processing systems.
Experience with cloud architecture and cloud migration is a plus.
Excellent problem-solving skills and a willingness to tackle challenging topics.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
