Lead Software Engineer

MISSION:

• To be the IS functional expert for Distribution management system, based on an in-depth knowledge of IS systems supporting business processes.
• Use this expertise to understand the needs expressed by the business, translate the needs into solutions, and work with the business colleagues to manage the resulting change. 
• Provide functional support in response to key problems
• Manage communications, business relationship with corresponding solution centers and business entities

Key Responsibilities:

• Solid functional and operational process knowledge
• Demonstrated successful implementation practice with Order to Cash(O2C) and Purchase to Pay (P2P) function, Business Central/Navision experience is must.
• Self-starter and work without too much supervision
• Good problem-solving skill
• Good inter-personal skill, analytical skill, presentation and communication skill
• Proficient in test automation
• Teamwork spirit

Mandatory skills:

• Proven experience in Distribution management system solution implementation by having experience of Order to Cash and Purchase to Pay function in Business Central/Navision
• Proven experience in Financial Management, Supply Chain Management modules of Business Central/Navision
• Having additional experience of Customer relationship management & Human resource management will be a plus.

Preferred Qualification:

• 5+ years of working experience in Distribution management system and solution consulting and functional testing.
• Experience in auto industry is a plus.
• Fluent English speaking and writing.
