The Role

As Engineering Lead , you will be responsible for leading the architecture, development, and scale-up of powerful SaaS platforms, AI-integrated products, and composable digital infrastructure. Youll own the product-engineering bridge and lead a team of talented developers across high-stakes, high-velocity venture environments.

This is a leadership role with deep accountability, high autonomy, and a future CTO-track.

Key Responsibilities

Technology Leadership

• Architect, design, and lead development across multiple product lines and client ventures.
• Own the delivery of scalable, secure, and modular digital platforms.
• Maintain best-in-class engineering standards across code quality, performance, and technical design.
• Evaluate and implement new tech stacks, libraries, tools, and cloud solutions aligned with future-readiness.

Product Engineering Execution

• Collaborate with product managers, UI/UX teams, and business stakeholders to translate user needs into feature-rich applications.
• Define SDLC processes, CI/CD pipelines, and scalable deployment architecture.
• Build reusable components and frameworks for faster venture deployments.

AI & Data Integration

• Work with ML engineers and data architects to embed AI workflows into products.
• Integrate vector databases, LLM APIs, and decision intelligence layers where relevant.
• Design data-led product environments that support intelligent workflows, automation, and personalization.

Team Leadership

• Mentor and grow a multidisciplinary engineering team.
• Set goals, review code, conduct performance reviews, and foster a culture of high ownership.
• Define engineering KPIs and ensure high delivery velocity through agile sprints.

Technology Stack Youll Own and Scale

Frontend : React.js, Remix, Next.js, TailwindCSS

Backend : Node.js, Express.js, GraphQL, REST APIs

AI/ML Integration : Python, FastAPI, LLM APIs, Vector DBs

Cloud & DevOps : AWS/GCP, Serverless (Lambda), Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, GitHub Actions

Databases : PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis, Firebase, Supabase

Monitoring & Testing : Sentry, LogRocket, Jest, Cypress, E2E automation

Architecture : Microservices, BFF (Backend for Frontend), RBAC, Webhook-driven flows, Multi-tenant SaaS infra

Ideal Profile

• 46 years of experience in full-stack development, with at least 23 years in a lead role.
• Strong foundation in scalable systems architecture and performance optimization.
• Deep expertise in the modern JavaScript ecosystem (React.js, Node.js) and cloud-native architectures.
• Experience with SaaS platforms, microservices, and multi-tenant systems.
• Prior exposure to AI/ML environments, intelligent automation, or data products is a strong advantage.
• Strong product mindsetability to work closely with design, growth, and business teams.
• High-ownership individual with bias for action and passion for delivering impact.
