Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Lead Software Engineer with 15 to 19 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills in AWS SQL Spring Boot Java Spring MVC Javascript and MySQL. This hybrid role offers the opportunity to work both remotely and on-site with no travel required.


Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and development of high-quality software solutions using AWS SQL Spring Boot Java Spring MVC Javascript and MySQL.
  • Oversee the entire software development lifecycle from requirements gathering to deployment and maintenance.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers ensuring best practices and coding standards are followed.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and deliverables.
  • Ensure the scalability performance and security of software applications.
  • Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve code quality.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in a timely manner.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve software development processes.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for software applications and systems.
  • Participate in agile development processes including sprint planning daily stand-ups and retrospectives.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide project updates and gather feedback.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of the development teams processes and tools.
  • Ensure that all software solutions align with the companys goals and objectives.

    • Qualifications

  • Must have extensive experience with AWS SQL Spring Boot Java Spring MVC Javascript and MySQL.
  • Should have a strong understanding of software development best practices and methodologies.
  • Must possess excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Should have experience leading and mentoring a team of developers.
  • Must have strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Should be able to work effectively in a hybrid work model.
  • Must be detail-oriented and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Should have a proven track record of delivering high-quality software solutions on time.
  • Must be proactive and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
