We are building a next-generation AI-powered Contact Centre platform combining VoIP, real-time AI, and scalable backend systems. As a Senior Software Engineer AI & VoIP, you will design and build high-performance systems powering voice communication, automation, and analytics at scale.

This is a hands-on, core engineering role with high ownership and impact.

• Design, develop, and maintain VoIP-based contact centre systems (SIP, RTP, WebRTC).
• Build scalable backend services for call routing, recording, analytics, and integrations.
• Collaborate with AI teams to integrate speech-to-text, NLP, and AI automation.
• Ensure low-latency, high-availability real-time communication systems.
• Own system architecture, code quality, and production stability.
• Participate in design discussions, code reviews, and on-call support.

• Strong experience with VoIP technologies: SIP, RTP, WebRTC, Asterisk, FreeSWITCH.
• Backend development experience using Python / Node.js / Java / Go.
• Experience with distributed systems and microservices.
• Strong understanding of networking, concurrency, and system performance.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and Docker/Kubernetes.

• Prior experience with Contact Centre or Telephony platforms.
