Job Description
Lead - Subject Matter Expert
- Responsible to handle and resolve the critical Service calls at client locations.
- Play key role in renewal of Annual Maintenance Contracts and repeated business from the existing clients.
- Provide support and get involved in the Commissioning support to the Projects that are at final stage.
- Provide remote support to the Field Service Engineers across all regions as per the requirement.
- Taking the product specified technial trainings to the Services Team as per the training calender.
