Lead Service Analyst

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Ensure the regulatory maintenance of the FORCES filtering tools (management of Sanctions and Embargos & AML lists)
• Assistance when needed to teams handling the Level 1 and Level 2 alerts, and the internal Group beneficiaries (Entities and subsidiaries)
• Manage filtering optimizations on the FORCES filtering platform
• Assisting with projects & testing of tools linked to the List Management process
• Perform and document test results on the implemented rules
• Manage requests from internal stakeholders and technical contacts
• Apply best-practices and methodologies. Propose changes to the existing processes and contribute to the evolution of new model/process.
• Lead the creation, implementation and monitoring of an effective governance with all the regional stakeholders.
• Accountable for production issues from incident occurrence, remediation to Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and follow-up and Publish remediations.
• Drive conduct key ceremonies of Process / Practice like project kickoff, STEERCO and OPCO etc.
• Crisis Management and Reporting of Key events on Production

Profile Required:

1. - Experience with Fircosoft filtering tools (FIRCO Continuity, FIRCO Trust, FMM, FML), knowledge of the rules related to international sanctions and/or AML is expected, as well as an appetite for the IT field
2. - A very good level of both written and oral in English. French language is an added advantage
3. - Knowledge of the SG group if possible,
4. - Very good interpersonal skills to be able to communicate sensitive and challenging topics
5. - Conflict Management and Stakeholder Management skills
