Role Overview :

We are looking for a creative and responsible Senior / Lead Interior Designer who can independently handle corporate workplace interior projects - from concept to execution - while working closely with clients, consultants and internal teams.

This is a client-facing leadership role, not a drafting position.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead the design and development of corporate/workplace interior projects
• Interact directly with clients, conduct presentations and handle design discussions
• Translate project brief into design concepts, layouts and material strategies
• Mentor and guide junior designers and coordinate with senior designers
• Lead production of tender and construction drawing sets
• Coordinate with consultants, vendors and project managers
• Monitor internal team deliverables and ensure milestones are achieved
• Ensure drawings and documentation meet execution standards
• Work within tight project timelines and contractual deliverables

Requirements :

• Degree in Architecture / Interior Design (B. Arch / Interior Design Diploma)
• 4 15 years of experience in corporate/workplace interiors
• Strong conceptual and technical understanding of interior design execution
• Experience in handling clients and design presentations
• Ability to manage consultants and vendors
• Strong detailing and construction documentation skills
• Good written and spoken English communication skills
• Self-motivated, responsive and capable of working under deadlines

Software Skills :

• AutoCAD (mandatory)
• SketchUp
• Photoshop
• MS Office
