About Us

Trantor is looking for a highly skilled Lead Senior Infrastructure Engineer to join our Digital Concierge Project team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in high-scale environments, leads with technical excellence, and is passionate about building secure, scalable, and cloud-native solutions.

You will drive AWS infrastructure architecture, mentor a team of engineers, and collaborate across AI/ML, DevOps, and product teams to bring next-generation capabilities to life.

Key Responsibilities

Leadership & Architecture

• Lead the design and implementation of scalable, secure AWS cloud infrastructure.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to infrastructure engineers.
• Drive Infra-as-Code (IaC) adoption with Terraform or AWS CloudFormation.

Cloud Infrastructure Management

• Manage AWS ECS, Lambda, DynamoDB, S3, CloudWatch, and other core services.
• Integrate AI-driven components (AWS Bedrock, Lambda) in collaboration with AI/ML teams.

CI/CD & Automation

• Oversee CI/CD pipeline setup (GitLab/Jenkins/CodePipeline).
• Ensure smooth deployments, automation, and infrastructure updates.

Monitoring & Optimization

• Monitor performance using CloudWatch & X-Ray.
• Perform cost and performance optimization for high-traffic events (e.g., FIFA).
• Conduct capacity planning and disaster recovery readiness.

Security & Compliance

• Implement AWS WAF, IAM, KMS, encryption, and GDPR-compliant measures.
• Ensure proactive threat detection using services like GuardDuty and AWS Shield.

Continuous Improvement

• Lead initiatives to enhance uptime, scalability, and reliability.
• Provide infra support, troubleshoot issues, and make strategic technical decisions.

Skills & Qualifications

Essential

• 8+ years in cloud infrastructure with deep AWS expertise.
• Proven experience leading teams and managing large-scale cloud projects.
• Hands-on experience with ECS, Lambda, DynamoDB, S3, CloudWatch.
• Strong IaC knowledge with Terraform (preferred) or CloudFormation.
• Strong experience with CI/CD pipelines and automation.
• Solid understanding of cloud security: WAF, IAM, KMS, encryption.
• Containerization experience (Docker / Kubernetes / ECS).
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration.

Preferred

• AWS Solution Architect Certification (highly preferred).
• Experience with serverless architectures (Lambda, Step Functions, API Gateway).
• Experience integrating AI/ML components, especially AWS Bedrock.
• Expertise in cost optimization and scalable architecture design.
• Experience with AWS Shield, GuardDuty, RDS, ElastiCache.
• Prior experience in infra support & production stability.
