We are looking for an experienced Lead & Developer (.NET & Oracle) to join our EMS team. This role is ideal for a hands-on technical leader who can own end-to-end delivery, guide development teams, and drive architectural and modernization initiatives across enterprise-grade applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver end-to-end technical ownership of modules/features with a strong focus on architecture, scalability, security, and performance .
• Mentor and guide developers on design patterns, coding standards, unit testing , and CI/CD best practices .
• Define and implement robust technical solutions that align with enterprise standards and meet delivery timelines.
• Collaborate with product owners, BAs, and cross-functional teams to translate business needs into effective technical designs.
• Conduct thorough code reviews , provide constructive feedback, and coach SSE/SE teams to strengthen engineering quality.
• Drive technical discussions, propose enhancements, and lead modernization initiatives (framework upgrades, performance tuning, cloud adoption).
• Ensure seamless implementation of Agile/Scrum practices , proactively identify risks, and remove technical impediments.
• Act as the primary technical liaison for customers during estimations, release planning, and production readiness.
• Establish strong best practices in technical documentation, version control, build & deployment processes , and support transitions.
