Knowledge to perform and deliver one or more of the following R2R activities:GL AccountingoStatistics data entry / uploadsoPrepare, Review and Process Journal EntriesoCost AllocationoSupport Monthly and Annual Close ProcessesoAssist various departments in accounting issues and queriesPeriod End Close, ReportingoCompile period-end reports (i.e. monthly, quarterly, annually)oComplete tax workpapers and reportingoManagement and tracking of the close checklistoPerform reconciliations, including BS reconciliationsoReviewing transactions and adjusting entries,oPreparing financial statementsoParticipate in month-end closeInternal ControlsoSOX ReportingoSOX & risk compliance activitiesoSupport Internal Audit requirementsoPrepare IFRS internal and group regulatory reportingManage a team Size of 3-8 associates and below (Could also be an IC role)Manage activities across fixed assets, inter-company, bank reconciliationsExperience in preparation of SOPs and managing SLAsProvide necessary documentation and reports for financial reporting.Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting principles, and relevant regulations.Stay informed about changes in accounting standards and best practices in R2R function
