The ideal candidate combines strong ServiceNow development skills with deep knowledge of IntegrationHub, REST/SOAP APIs, and practical experience implementing IRM solutions such as Policy and Compliance, Risk Management, and Audit Management.Key ResponsibilitiesIntegration Development & ArchitectureDesign, build, and maintain robust integrations between ServiceNow and enterprise systems including SuccessFactors, Coupa, SailPoint, Active Directory, and email gatewaysLeverage IntegrationHub (spoke development, flow design), REST/SOAP APIs, MID Servers, and Scripted Web Services to enable secure, scalable data exchangeDevelop and optimize bidirectional data flows supporting CMDB, HRSD, IRM, and ITSM modulesImplement authentication mechanisms including OAuth 2.0, Basic Auth, and certificate-based authenticationPlatform Development & AutomationConfigure and customize ServiceNow applications including business rules, workflows, UI policies, and client scriptsBuild automation solutions using Flow Designer, UI Actions, Script Includes, Scheduled Jobs, and Transform MapsDevelop reusable integration patterns and code libraries following ServiceNow best practicesUtilize Flow Designer, UI Actions, Script Includes, and Scheduled Jobs for automation and orchestration.Ensure all development aligns with Common Service Data Model (CSDM) standardsEnsure development aligns with ServiceNow and CSDM best practices.Support and extend IRM modules such as Policy & Compliance, Risk Management, and Audit Management.IRM & GRC SolutionsImplement and enhance IRM modules including Policy & Compliance Management, Risk Management, and Audit ManagementBuild executive dashboards and automated reports for risk visibility and regulatory compliance trackingCollaborate with Security, Compliance, and Legal teams to translate business requirements into technical solutionsSupport audit activities by maintaining evidence collection and reporting capabilitiesCollaboration & Quality AssuranceCollaborate with Security and Compliance teams to strengthen GRC capabilities.Partner with the ServiceNow Architect, Program Manager, and offshore AMS team on solution design and deliveryParticipate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, design reviews, and retrospectivesTroubleshoot integration, production issues, perform code reviews, and ensure smooth upgrade readiness.Support upgrade planning and testing to ensure compatibility with new ServiceNow releasesQualifications5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience with demonstrated expertise in integrations and data exchange patternsDeep technical knowledge of:IntegrationHub (spoke creation, custom actions, connection aliases)REST/SOAP web services (endpoints, authentication, error handling)MID Server architecture, configuration, and troubleshootingAuthentication protocols (OAuth 2.0, Basic Auth, API keys, mutual TLS)Strong proficiency in JavaScript and ServiceNow Glide APIs (GlideRecord, GlideAjax, GlideDateTime, etc.)Experience working with JSON, XML, and data transformation techniquesSolid understanding of CMDB, ITSM, and HRSD data models and relationshipsExperience with ServiceNow IRM (GRC) or related governance and risk modules preferred.Strong scripting skills (JavaScript, Glide APIs).Experience working in a large, global enterprise or manufacturing environment is a plus.Certifications:ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) RequiredServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) in one or more areas:IntegrationHub (Preferred)IRM/GRC (Preferred)ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification (Preferred)
