Role Overview:As a SAP SuccessFactors Consultant, you will be part of a team responsible for implementing and integrating SAP SuccessFactors solutions. You will work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.Responsibilities:Perform development activities, including development, unit testing, and deployment for SAP SuccessFactors solutions.Establish and document requirements, develop use cases, and ensure traceability throughout the project lifecycle.Create preliminary designs and mockups for new functionalities.Participate in requirements gathering, configuration design, configuration, and testing for SuccessFactors modules.Support integration activities, including SuccessFactors integration with SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI) and third-party systems.Basic Qualifications:Bachelors degree in Computer Science or a related field.2-4 years of experience in business analysis, requirements management, and SAP SuccessFactors Talent.Preferred Skills/Experience:Hands-on experience with SuccessFactors integration using CPI, Integration Center, and third-party systems.Experience with SuccessFactors modules such as Recruitment and Employee Central.Proficiency in requirements gathering, functional specification development, configuration design, and testing.Strong documentation skills, including user stories, process flows, wireframes, and user guides.Experience managing product backlogs and collaborating with cross-functional teams.Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
