Job Description/Preferred Qualifications

We are seeking an experienced S/4 HANA SAP Implementation Specialist with deep expertise in SAP Materials Management (MM), Production Planning (PP), and Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) to join our global technology and operations team. This role plays a critical part in shaping and delivering SAP and analytics solutions that enable business transformation and operational excellence.

The ideal candidate brings a strong blend of business process knowledge, functional SAP expertise, and the ability to translate complex business needs into scalable, high‑impact solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead functional design and configuration for enhancements and new capabilities across SAP MM, PP, and EWM, including SAP RICEFW objects and Power BI dashboards.
• Experience of adopting and implementing AI in supply chain operation is preferred
• Collaborate closely with global operations stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements with clear and detailed functional specifications.
• Facilitate and lead requirements‑gathering workshops with business users and digital solution teams.
• Provide expert guidance in solution design sessions, ensuring alignment with SAP best practices and robust reporting/analytics needs using SAP and non‑SAP data sources.
• Drive integration testing and lead user acceptance testing (UAT), identifying gaps, ensuring completeness, and validating end‑to‑end scenarios.
• Identify process optimization opportunities and propose new insights to enhance SAP processes and reporting.
• Manage and deliver multiple analytics and SAP initiatives independently or as part of a cross‑functional team.
• Perform configuration in SAP Purchasing, Inventory Management, Production Planning, and EWM to support enhancements ranging from moderate to advanced complexity.
• Maintain SAP documentation, best‑known practices, training materials, and provide ongoing support as needed.
• Work effectively with ABAP and technical teams to design, validate, and deploy SAP customizations, user exits, and technical solutions.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with 5+ years of relevant SAP functional experience.
• Strong hands‑on configuration knowledge across SAP S/4 MM, PP, and EWM, with a solid understanding of related tables, integrations, and business processes.
• Experience working with ABAP and technical teams to design and deploy functional enhancements.
• Proven capability in testing and troubleshooting reporting enhancements, system changes, and project-related issues.
• Strong project experience in preparing test scripts, training documents, and leading User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Effective communicator with the ability to work independently and handle multiple deliverables in a fast‑paced environment.
