Position Overview:

The SAP FICO Lead Consultant willbe responsible foroverseeing the design, implementation, and support of SAP Financial Accounting and Controlling (FICO) solutions. This role requires a deep understanding of business processes, technicalexpertisein SAP FICO modules, and the ability to lead project teams through the full lifecycle of SAP projects. The lead consultant will act as the main point of contact for clients and ensure that financial solutions align with organizational goals and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Requirement Gathering: Strategize with senior stakeholders,advising on financial and controlling best practicesand aligning SAP FICO solutions with businessobjectives.
• Lead SAP FICO implementation, upgrade, and support projects from initiation to completion.
• Develop project plans, timelines, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate and manage cross-functional teams, ensuring successful project delivery within scope, time, and budget.

• Implementation & Support: Oversee and manage large-scale SAP FICO projects, ensuringtimelyand successful deployment. Provide ongoing strategic support.

• Integration: Ensure full integration with other SAP modules, streamlining data flow and functional collaboration across the landscape.

• Training & Documentation: Lead training programs for end-users, mentoring other consultants in documentation and knowledge transfer.

Solution Design and Configuration:

• Analyse business requirements and translate them into SAP FICO configurations.
• Design and implement solutions across key SAP FICO modules (GL, AP, AR, AA, CO).
• Ensure integration with other SAP modules (SD, MM, PP) and third-party systems.

Stakeholder Engagement:

• Act as the primary liaison between business users and technical teams.
• Conduct workshops and presentations to gather requirements anddemonstratesolutions.
• Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and ensure their needs are met.

Team Management and Mentorship:

• Mentor and guide junior consultants, providing technical support and career development.
• Foster a collaborative and innovative team environment.
• Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to team members.

Qualifications:

• Education: Masters degree in accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field. SAP certification in FI/CO is highly preferred.
• Experience: 15-20yearsof experience in SAP FICO consulting or similar roles.
• Certifications: SAP FICO certification is highly desirable.
• Soft Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.Strong communicationand interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
• Work Schedule: This requires working in Europe Shift.

Note: Immediate joiner, ready to work from office in Bangalore will be preferred.
