Lead Salesforce Developer/Architect

About the Role

Techsara Solutions is expanding its Salesforce practice and hiring Salesforce Developers to build scalable, secure, and high-performing CRM solutions. Youll work across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud (with a focus on member users), collaborating closely with business and technical teams to deliver impactful business outcomes.

What Youll Do

Development & Customization:

• Design and build robust Salesforce applications using Apex (classes, triggers, batch jobs) and Lightning Web Components (LWC) .
• Implement and optimize features within Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud .
• Ensure all solutions comply with Salesforce best practices , design patterns, and governor limits .

Integration & Security:

• Develop and maintain REST/SOAP API integrations with external systems.
• Configure data visibility using role hierarchies, sharing rules, and field-level security.

Collaboration & Delivery:

• Partner with stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Participate in code reviews, testing cycles, and deployment activities using standard tools.

Quality & Maintenance:

• Ensure technical documentation and metadata are updated in alignment with project standards.
• Continuously optimize performance, maintainability, and code quality.

Must-Have Skills

• 3+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
• Strong expertise in Apex, LWC, SOQL, SOSL , and Salesforce Flows .
• Solid understanding of data security , sharing models , and integration patterns .
• Experience with deployment tools such as Change Sets, VS Code + SFDX , and Git .
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Salesforce Developer (Platform Developer I/II) certification preferred.

Nice to Have (Plus)

• Experience with DevOps tools like Copado, Gearset, or AutoRABIT .
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and version control best practices.
• Exposure to Agile methodologies and sprint-based delivery environments.
