Job Description
The ideal candidate is an energetic self-starter with the ability to identify influencers and key decision makers within accounts. You will discover qualified opportunities by responding to inbound interests and targeted outbound prospects to build rapport and establish long-term relationships.
Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and manage a team of Inside Sales representatives, ensuring consistent performance, skill development, and target achievement.
- Drive growth of the sales pipeline through proactive lead generation and business development activities.
- Engage with prospects and customers across multiple levels of the organization using a variety of channels (calls, emails, social, virtual meetings, etc.).
- Work closely with the assigned Field Sales counterpart to support territory planning and opportunity execution.
- Collaborate effectively with Marketing teams (Demand Generation, Product Marketing) to leverage relevant content and campaigns and ensure smooth and timely handover of marketing-qualified leads
- Analyze and understand customer business challenges and obstacles to position relevant solutions
- Build and manage a strong opportunity pipeline, meeting agreed quotas for qualified business opportunities.
- Contribute individually toward team and revenue targets by delivering high-quality, sales-ready leads.
- Conduct account research to identify target organizations and map the right decision-makers and influencers.
- Deliver early-stage product demonstrations to prospects, when required, to support qualification and momentum.
Qualifications
- 5-9 years of working experience in B2B Inside Sales or Business Development roles
- Prior exposure to working alongside Field Sales teams
- Familiarity with demand generation and marketing-led sales motions
- Ability to thrive in a target-driven, fast-paced environment
