Job Summary

We are looking for a highly skilled Lead RPA Developer with strong hands-on experience in coding, RPA solution design, Automation Anywhere, and Microsoft Power Automate . The ideal candidate will lead end-to-end automation initiatives, mentor junior developers, and design scalable automation solutions leveraging RPA, APIs, and GPT/AI capabilities .

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of RPA solutions using Automation Anywhere and Power Automate
• Architect scalable and reusable automation frameworks following best practices
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to RPA developers and analysts
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and define requirements
• Develop and integrate automations using APIs, web services (REST/SOAP), and databases
• Implement intelligent automation solutions leveraging GPT/AI models for document processing, chatbots, and decision automation
• Ensure proper exception handling, logging, security, and performance optimization
• Conduct code reviews, enforce coding standards, and ensure solution quality
• Support UAT, production deployment, and post-production maintenance
• Create technical documentation and operational runbooks

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 69 years of in RPA development
• Strong hands-on experience with:
• Automation Anywhere (A360 preferred)
• Microsoft Power Automate (Cloud Flows & Desktop Flows)
• Solid coding experience (Python, C#, Java, or similar scripting languages)
• Strong understanding of RPA architecture, design patterns, and best practices
• Experience integrating RPA with APIs, web services, and databases
• Good understanding of GPT / Generative AI concepts and their integration into automation workflows
• Experience working with structured and unstructured data
• Strong debugging, problem-solving, and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred / Good-to-Have Skills

• Experience with AI/ML-based automation , OCR, and document understanding
• Exposure to Azure services, Power Platform, or cloud-native solutions
• Experience in CI/CD for RPA deployments
• Automation Anywhere or Microsoft Power Platform certifications
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
