Job Description -
Position: Lead- Rewards
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Support the design and execution of reward interventions for executive employees, including base compensation, benefits, and longterm incentive (LTI) programs
- Design new incentive plans and periodically review existing longterm incentive frameworks in line with market benchmarks and evolving business needs. Provide advisory support to management on both stockbased and nonstock incentive plans such as ESOPs, SARs, and performancelinked cash plans
- Develop and present datadriven dashboards, management presentations, and detailed proposal notes for the Leadership, Board and the Nomination & Remuneration Committee (NRC)
- Act as a strategic advisor to the Head of Total Rewards & Analytics on matters related to total rewards strategy, design, and governance
To exercise internal and external benchmarking to analyze and collect market leading best practices and work to introduce the same in the organization
Provide insights and recommendations to HR and Total Rewards Head regarding non-standard / tailored compensation & benefits packages, based on research and data analysis
Provide insights to compensation & benefits strategy ; to provide insights and observations based on total rewards surveys and market practices analysis and recommend on related rewards policies
To support the annual salary review processes
Work on understanding the organizational structure & context to create relevant Salary Grids & new structures
Support with developing, managing, and delivering rewards-related training and communication for various stakeholder and leadership teams.
To identify and implement improvements in the existing processes and policies to increase overall effectiveness
Manage and ensure compliance with corporate governance, compensation & benefit-related laws.
ADDITIONAL SKILLS:
- Mandatory experience in the administration and management of ESOP plans
- Experience in the design and structuring of longterm incentive (LTI) plans is highly preferred
Should possess strong knowledge of market trends, best practices and technology
Strong consulting and facilitation skills
Strong analytical skills
Systematic understanding of total rewards, as well as other HR functions
Education Qualification:
- MBA in HR preferably from Tier 1/ Tier 2
- Work Experience - 6 to 9 Years of relevant exp
