Lead - Retail Assets including Collection ( As part of the Business Solution Group, the Lead Profile will be assigned specific work areas / departments of the Bank)

Exp: 15+ Years of work experience in Banking

Work Location: Jaipur

Key Responsibilities will include:

• Act as the point of contact for all Business Heads, Product Heads and IT Team from BSG side for all Retail Loan Products along with Collections.
• Leading a Team of Business Analysts and drive Business Solution Group for all Retail Loan Products.
• Work in close coordination with Business, Product and IT Teams of various lending products and provide Tech based Solutions to Business Units.
• Work in close co-ordination with IT Teams for developing appropriate solution within stipulated timelines.
• Own all non-technical Business requirements and prepare Business Requirement Document (BRDs) along with Product/Business Team.
• Should have understanding of Lending Business including loan origination, credit assessment, disbursements, loan servicing and Loan Origination Systems from IT perspective
