About the Role
Modernize Chip Solutions (MCS) is looking for a highly driven and experienced Lead Recruiter with proven expertise in hiring for VLSI, Semiconductor, and Embedded domains. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving end-to-end recruitment, managing hiring strategies, partnering with stakeholders, and ensuring talent needs are fulfilled within timelines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end recruitment for VLSI, Design Verification, RTL, DFT, PD, STA, Analog Layout, Firmware, and Embedded roles.
- Interact closely with hiring managers and leadership teams to understand manpower needs and build effective hiring plans.
- Source top technical talent using multiple channels: Naukri, LinkedIn, social platforms, events, referrals, and internal databases.
- Manage full-cycle recruitment sourcing, screening, technical coordination, salary negotiation, and offer closure.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for niche semiconductor roles.
- Lead and mentor a small team of recruiters (if applicable).
- Improve and implement recruitment processes, dashboards, and metrics.
- Ensure excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Coordinate with operations, HR, and project teams to streamline onboarding.
- Ensure adherence to organizational hiring standards and timelines.
- Manage multiple simultaneous requirements and deliver within strict deadlines.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 8+ years of experience in technical recruitment, specifically in the VLSI/Semiconductor industry.
- Strong understanding of semiconductor roles such as RTL, DV, DFT, PD, STA, Synthesis, CAD, Physical Verification, Analog/Mixed Signal etc.
- Demonstrated success in closing niche and senior-level positions.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to handle high-volume and critical hiring requirements.
- Strong networking skills and ability to build long-term candidate relationships.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in a startup or fast-paced semiconductor environment.
- Prior experience handling campus hiring and mid-to-senior level hiring mix.
- Knowledge of modern sourcing tools and recruitment analytics.
